Allow enough time to complete the course

The course should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Please ensure that you allow enough time to finish the course as inactivity may result in a course timeout and you will need to restart.

Answer questions correctly

This course contains a number of multiple choice quiz questions. It is important to answer questions accurately. More than 4 incorrect answers will result in the course being stopped and you will have to restart.

Exiting a course

You can exit a course at any time by selecting exit or closing your browser, however you will need to re-register to start the course again.

You will be asked to register for the course. This information is important in order to manage trainee data. It is especially important to enter your email address correctly as your course certificate will be emailed to you on successful completion of the course.
